Cathy, I think that your homework assignments really are fine. I think a lot of us weren't really on the board a lot on weekends this summer. I for one know I wasn't. I think as the weather gets more "icky", I'll be on the computer more on weekends than I was this summer.
I do read your homework during the week though and try to answer.

Personally, I like homework that sparks discussion or shares ideas, like the "what do you eat for breakfast" question yesterday. Also, I like the ones that I can reply to when I read them, rather than "Go do x and report back" because I forget to come back and post.
But I'm not a particularly regular homework-doer and if the homework takes more than 5 minutes to respond to, I usually skip it, so my preferences might not be typical. I never was good at doing my homework in school, either.

Summer Challenge Goals:
1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week. 2. Schedule meals a week at a time. 3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.

I can jump back into the mix for September if there aren't enough folks to take all the days. My preference of day is Thursday or Friday. Tuesday is the worst day for me.
Summer Se7en Challenge Goals: 1. Add back core & toning work + weight work 1X each per week to start. 2. Tackle the Sugar Monster--Have a sugar free mint after lunch and dinner, wait 20 minutes, and reassess the need for a sweet treat.
