I am higher than I need to be today. I ate extra cereal and milk this afternoon after work. This is feeling like two steps forward and one step back today...
Tomorrow is Groundhog Day and I get another chance. Here is my plan: B: raspberries, yogurt, cereal L: pasta, veg and some leftovers D: veggie, ff cheese quesadilla.
i had a good sunday although some fried fish was probably not the best choice for dinner.
i have not had a day off from exercise since over 2 tuesdays ago. \ b: ff refried black beans, with a bit of salsa, steamed green beans, coffee with soy milk l: shiratake noodle dish with loads of veggies, little chicken breast s: ff yogurt d: beef stew with loads of veggies, 1 sf choc pudding e: 1 hour of gym time

Tomorrow I MUST get to the gym. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since I've worked out. I am driven to keep going because since I've been working out with my trainer, even though the scale shows little change, my body is changing shape. I put on a pair of jeans yesterday and I happened to catch my side view in a store mirror. I usually hate what I see but I actually looked and thought-hey, my butt actually has some shape and I am looking a bit smaller on the bottom half!
