Weight Faster
The
next time you're out enjoying the fresh air and getting
in some exercise, throw your body a curve ball. Walk at
your normal pace for 5 minutes. Then stop and do 25 jumping
jacks. You heard megood, old fashioned, third grade
gym class, jumping jacks. If your joints won't tolerate
the jumping part, march in place and do the arms. Alternate
between walking for a few minutes and the jumping jacks
for the duration of the walk. You will get your heart rate
up and burn extra calories along the way.
